Where We Work – Club Locations

We currently work with clubs in the countries:
Portugal, Norway, Belgium, Greece, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Slovenia, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Iceland, Estonia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Canada South-Africa and Caribbean

Requirements to Apply

Must be 18+ (some locations prefer under 30)

Attractive appearance, confident stage presence

Basic English, with local language skills preferred

Previous experience in gogo, pole, or exotic dance is ideal (beginners with talent and dedication welcome too)

Professionalism: reliable, punctual, respectful—no drugs or prostitution

Valid ID or passport for travel and employment

What We Offer

Legal contracts (2 weeks to 12 months, depending on location)

Daily guaranteed pay + high commissions (drinks, champagne, private dances)

Full agency support: managing contracts, logistics, and local integration

Earnings with MavModels

As a dancer working with MavModels, you can typically expect:

Fixed daily salary: between €40 and €120 per day, depending on the club and contract

Commissions on drinks and champagne: between 20% and 50%

Private dances: from €10 to €50 or more per dance

Monthly income: usually ranges between €3,000 and €9,000+, depending on location and performance

Tips: in many clubs, dancers keep 100% of their tips
