Dancers and Hostess for Belgium, Antwerp

LOCATION:

WORKING HOURS AND CONDITIONS:
Dance 5 till 6 times per night , the club is open from Tuesday until Sunday included ,
The club is open from 22pm till 06 am on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and from 22pm till 08am for Friday and from 23 pm till 8 am on Saturday from 23pm till 07 am o Sunday

ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodation has a cost of 10€ per working day, so there is no charge on Mondays as the club is not open and no charges on day off.
The dancer has to bring 50€ for the accommodations key and they will get these 50€ back on the last day when she will give back the key.

TRANSPORT:
The dancers have to buy their own tickets. (Plane/bus/etc.)

CLUB RULES:
IT IS NOT ACCEPTED AND IT IS NOT TOLERATED ANY FORM OF PROSTITUTION, AND ANY USE OF DRUGS!
All dancers will end contracts in the week days, never on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.
The club is responsible to obtain for the Dancers the necessary working documents from the Authorities from Belgium. The club offers to the Dancers decent leaving conditions in the apartments/ house/ (Belgium standard) in Belgium and respect the privacy and the human rights of the Dancers.

EARNINGS AND COMMISSIONS:
The Club pays a fix salary for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 60€, and Friday, Saturday, Sunday the club works on guaranty system of 80€ (this means that if the dancer doesn’t make 80€ with the drinks, tips, lap dances, the club will pay the difference, and if she makes 80€ or more with drinks, tips, lap dances, the club will not add no more money to it)

Commissions for the drinks:
The Dancer earns money from DRINKS (€40 from normal Moet Brut, €80 from Moet Rose, €160 from Moet Magnum)

Commissions for the dances:
Lap-dances (€15 lap-dance for 10 min. topless dance, NO STRIP) every 5th lap dance in the same night will be paid 35 euro to the dancer

TIPS:
If clients gives real money, the dancers have to change them to the waitress into house dollars: 1 bill of house dollar is 2 euro. Tips on the staff are paid every morning and the rest of the money, (fix, lap dances, drinks) are paid by the end of the Contract.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
At the end of the contract, the club will ask 140 euro to the dancers as paper work charges.
All the dancers will receive from the Belgian social security what we called in Belgium holyday money the amount will be calculate on how many days the dancer had worked in the year in Belgium.
Dancers have 3 days to decide if they will stay or not. After that, if the dancer stops her contract before the end of term, there will be a cancelation penalty charge to the dancer of minimum 300€.

DRESS CODE:
Dancers must have a few long dresses, some outfits, bikinis, and high heels dancing shoes.
