WORKING, CONTRACTUAL AND ECONOMIC CONDITIONS TO WORK IN ITALY.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED:

– Entertainment:
The entertainment consists of talking and dancing with customers at the bars or at the tables of the premises where they will be working. The customer to be in company must offer a drink every 15/20 minutes. The drinks can be with or without alcohol. They can be glasses or bottles. The artist decides what type of drink to consume. In addition to the drinks, you can also order some kind of dish to eat, which are also considered as drinks.
– Work attire / Working hours / Transfers / Behavior:
Clothes (clothing) should be smart and attractive “not vulgar or nude” (no jeans). The same for make-up and the scent of deodorants and perfumes. The working hours are from 22.00 hs to 06.00 hs and may vary depending on the area, they can open or close earlier or later. You will work 6 days a week with a day off on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. The transfer to and from the place of work will be in charge of the staff of the place where they perform their work, no one can move to work without prior authorization. The behavior of each artist and all the staff must be with Respect, Honesty and Seriousness, it is totally forbidden to exercise prostitution either inside or in the accommodation provided, each artist will be responsible for their actions. No one can force them to perform other types of tasks other than those contemplated in this agreement. No one may remove or retain the personal documentation of each artist. Each artist will be represented by a team of professionals and will have a telephone number available for communication at any time. It is also very important the behavior in the apartment for the entire stay in Italy. No disturbing noises are allowed and no dirt is allowed in the accommodation.
– Shows:
All artists have to dance, either with their group show or with their individual pole dancing. Shows and dances are performed every night and can be at any time within the opening time of the venue. The Shows will be tested in advance to be approved or not by the management of the venue and changed in agreement with the artists for their best exhibition. The Show, although it is an important thing, in the set of things, it is not the fundamental thing, it is good because the artist is shown and earns more, but the most important thing are the consumptions, that is to say, what the client spends inside the place.
– Accommodation and Transfers:
Accommodation and transfer to and from the place of work are free of charge and made by the management of the venue. Lodging will be in apartments or houses equipped for cooking, washing, ironing, cleaning, rest, etc. All electricity, water and gas services are also free of charge, but please do not waste consumption because in that case you will be fined and will have to pay for it. A set of sheets, blankets and pillow will be provided for each guest, which must be kept clean and returned at the end of the contract. The entire lodging must also be kept clean and tidy. It is totally forbidden the entrance of strange people to the lodging, nobody, beyond the contracted artists, will be able to enter the lodging without authorization of the management.

ECONOMIC CONDITIONS:

ENTERTAINMENT ARTISTS IN THE HALL
€70 for each day worked.
ENTERTAINERS IN THE HALL + OBLIGATORY POLE DANCING
€70 for each day worked + €10 for each time you perform your pole dance, it can be several times per night.
ENTERTAINERS IN THE HALL + POLE DANCING + (TOPLESS NOT OBLIGATORY)
€70 for each day worked + €10 for each time you perform your pole dance, which can be several times per night + €20 for each time you perform your (topless) show, which will be at most once per night.
ENTERTAINERS IN THE HALL + POLE DANCING + (STRIP-TEASE NOT OBLIGATORY)
€70 for each day worked + €10 for each time she performs her pole dance, which can be several times per night + €40 for each time she performs her strip-tease show, which will be at most once per night.
The fixed salary of €70 per day worked is for 10 drinks per day counted on average per week (Monday/Sunday).
After the average of 10 daily drinks counted on a weekly basis (Monday/Sunday), the salary will be based on the number of drinks per day and counted on average per week (Monday/Sunday) as shown below:
