It’s top club in Lisbon, with its beautiful interior and fancy stage. Mostly Russian girls, few Portuguese and Brazilian. Boss is a sweetheart, he doesn’t speak good English so won’t bother ye at all. Now, I was there in the lowest of seasons so money was shite, also I’m not a fancy dancer, I don’t do the tricks and splits, just very simple walk around the pole, ye know the usual , all other girls were professional pole dancers, as of , they teach pole dance back in their country so ye can imagine how amazing they were on stage, which made me extremely stressed and uncomfortable so much so I asked to change club, I was the worst dancer there , how embarrassing
Money wise, I must say, avoid August, any other month should b ok to make £££, granted ye love champagne coz that’s how the £ is mostly made -
Well, there’s potential to make much more if yer doing extras! What’s annoying is that Everyone knows what’s going on but everyone is acting like they’re clean dancers! Oh yeah if yer clean than I must be stupid 🐤

But its difficult USA. I dont really find an agency. And also applying with clubs there dont really work. You cannot fix a job from home. The most girls who where there just booked a flight and accommodation for the next days and asked personally there.

I work whit dancers job. It is italian agency .. before i worked in italy for 2 years in Italy ( Bologna , Civitanova Marche and Sardegna) , aften in Germany and now i working in Malta. The next month i will in Norway .. For me it is perfect agency because i work in good local, correct payment and It answer every time

I worked at Pink some time ago and I can confirm that the manager’s treatment was horrible; It has prority for some residents and they only make you spend your salary with them, you do not earn money and you can not receive tips. the direction is a mafia with his wife. the artists and dancers exploit them! I worked for a month and I will never go back. girls do not let themselves be illuminated by that place !!! I am an artist and I travel the world for 15 years, do not go there!

Calaboo – you are not right.
There is really a lot of stupid people in this kind of industry, but not only club managers or agents, even many dancers are so stupid, that they are unable the fill a simple registration for of an agency.
The other point is the English. If anybody has not English as the mother talk, it is logic that his English may not be perfect, but for example I can speak many other languages too.From
My point of view is most imporatnt to check first if the agency is a real existing company, the other think is to check the offer of the agency and the last thing is to contact the agency if you afe interested.As I know there is only one agency with full automatic booking system, where the dancers send the booking requests directly to the selected club.
