Hi Girls, My name is Lauren, I am the Director/Manager at Black Diamond – Reading , UK. We are a relatively new club – open just one year. http://www.blackdiamondreading.co.uk 
We are Reading’s No.1 Gentlemens club, located on the busiest road for nightlife in Reading. Reading is the UK’s largest town, with a population of 250,000. We are 5 mins from train station with 24 hour trains in and out of London.
We do not provide accomodation, however renting flats and rooms in reading or just outside is very good price. We can always assist with finding a place and suggesting the best areas.

The Club is managed by myself and the general manager (male), we take pride in treating our staff fairly and respectfully. We are looking for hard working girls to work with us, to make money and try to have fun at the same time.

I worked with 4 agéncies and all of them was SHIT. Never again.
Agents make money on you, so for them is only important you sign the contract and stay there until the end. Many girls have no other chances and so they keep going in really bad environment.
Better contact direct the club, ask for all the conditions, pictures of apt and in wich area you are gonna live. You don’t need agency.

I totally agree! It doesn’t cost much time to contact the club yourself and to get the details from the first hand, like we mostly do in our tabledance club A LA CHARM in Hamburg when asked by dancers directly.

Yes, the club is small, you can make money but it’s borinf because in all the night there are few customers, but the boss select them personally, so no time wasters.
The accomodation is a low class hotel, with no kitchen, no washing machine.

Every time I worked with an agent I had problems. They always tell you the club is amazing and also the accomodation, then you arrive there and you have to share the room with 4 girls, old apt with barely WI-fi. Sometimes I think that agent or club owners think dancers are animals? Most of the girls are desperate or they are strong enough to handle uncomfortable beds, dirty kitchen, no WI-fi, unreachable supermarkets, gym or other basic services… they spend all day sleeping until 8 pm then start preparing for work… living like animals, or something like that.
Well if I need to stay even few days in a city I need to be comfortable, workout, go into the city, live, cook, buy groceries, watch movies with Netflix. To me is the basic and no one agency could find something like that. Once I asked and the agent told me: well you can find by yourself an hotel or an Airbnb.. once I had to cancel my contract due to emergency at home and they blacklisted me. Once I asked for a no smoking environment and they disappeared…
Girls find a job by yourself it’s so much better trust me.
